Salon Policies
Service Adjustments
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your chemical service, please let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will be happy to make
adjustments with no additional charge, provided that you have purchased the recommended take home products from your stylist. It is VERY important that you use the prescribed products purchased from the salon. If you have any challenges with your cut, let us know within 3 days, so your stylist has the opportunity to make any needed adjustments.
Retail Returns
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will gladly exchange the items for another product within 14 ddays.We feel strongly about our product lines and KNOW there is a product right for you! All purchases made during salon promotions are eligible for
exchange at the sale price value only. Promotional prices cannot be applied to exchanged products. No purchases can be returned for cash.
Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to others, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may ask you to reschedule. As an alternative option, they reserve the right to adjust your scheduled services to stay within the allotted time for your appointment.
Cancellations
We will always do our best to work with you in case of true emergencies, because we do understand that issues come up unexpectedly. Most appointments are confirmed48 hours prior to your appointment.* The remaining appointments will be confirmed by a call on the previous day. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel ANY appointment. If less than a 24 hour notice to
cancel is given, you will incur a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled services. No shows will incur the same 50% charge as listed above. ALL charges must be paid in person before another appointment can be scheduled.
