Appointments are strongly recommended, but we do accept walk-ins. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and time.


Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all facial, body and massage services so that you may change, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. We know unexpected things come up…. emergencies can & do happen. We do not mind accommodating these times, and we want to make the rescheduling process as easy as possible. If any foreseeable conflict with your appointment time comes up, please call to reschedule as soon as possible. You are free to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment with no cancellation fee. If your appointment is on a Tuesday, you may call and leave a message to reschedule on the salon's voicemail during the weekend. The messages will be checked and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for neglecting to cancel BEFORE 24 hours is 35% of all scheduled services. The cancellation fee must be paid by cash or debit/credit card BEFORE another appointment can be scheduled. For the first infringement, the fee will be waived, but a warning will be given. The second infringement will be when charges start to be applied.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages, and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from issued date. Gift certificates entitle the bearer, to products and services not to exceed the dollar amount or the value of the specified package or service of the certificate. Complementary packaging is available. Gift Certificates may be purchased in person, by phone or on line.  Special delivery and mailing are also available.

Retail and Service Policy

We offer a 100% money back product guarantee….if you do not love the product(s) your stylist recommended for you, just bring them back in and we will gladly exchange them. We will only guarantee our hair color services for up to 10 days, provided you have purchased the proper take home products as recommended to you by your stylist.
